Brief of the Show:
Show #265, Wisdom and the Fear of the Lord. In the last program, I touched on “Fear”, as in “The fear of the Lord”. The Bible says “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom”. We need wisdom and we get it from the fear of the Lord. The word 'fear' appears some four hundred times in the Word of God... and most of it has to do with fearing God for our own good. It comes from various words in the Hebrew and Greek original language, and that's what we look at in this program.
